We also have update our Services Page and have revised our Boarding Agreement and Training Packages. Please take a look and see some of the changes!

 For example...

Monthly Board Rate: $1050 as of 1/1/2015
Weekly Board Rate: $265
Day Board Rate: $50
(minimum lesson requirement - see boarding agreement)

Board includes but is not limited to:
- Top notch care, handling and blanketing
- Daily Stall Cleaning
- Personalized Individual Feeding, Supplements and Turnout
- Hot and cold wash rack
- Full Size (20x60m) arena, lighted small (20x40m) indoor arena
- Night check
- Tackroom and ample, secure Loft storage

Late Fees:
Add $60 if paying between the 2nd and 9th
Add $350 if paying after the 10th
Day rate increases to $65

As we are running a business with suppliers and employees who are dependant on our fiscal responsibility - there are no apologies for having a Late Fee Policy. 

Veterinary, Farrier, Equine Dentistry and any additional equine professional fees are billed seperately by those service providers. All fees must be paid in full prior to an equine departing the care of Watermark Farm.

Training Packages for 2015:
Light - 3 training rides per week $200 ($67 each)
Full - 5 training rides per week $325 ($65 each)
Packages may be utilitzed as lessons at the same rate.

Please email Ellie to schedule training packages and discuss availability. All training package rides and lessons must be used in the month of purchase.
