When the desktop was purchased back in '08, I went ahead and spent the extra $70 for on site/next business day repair plan. Best $$$ that's been spent in a while! :)
A tech will be out during business hours on Tuesday to fix the silent tower. How cool is that???
One thing is certain - the laptop is relieved!!!
